Realizing the needs of the students, for instance things they have difficulty with, things they do not know. A good teacher keeps the students' interest in classes, exchange ideas, get things off the chest. We always end up doing a little psychoanalysis. I do not mind having other classmates as long as the same interest and are at the same level. I think that language schools should be teaching schools, not commercial companies. They should worry about the student as an individual, not as a source of making money. That is the main reason I look for private lessons - to be treated as someone special, not as if I were part of the herd.

Proses Belajar Membutuhkan Waktu
